We run a popular Breakfast Club and After School Club for those parents who need extended provision before and/or after normal school hours; more details below:

Dear Parents,

Welcome to Foots Cray Out of School Club, we have been established in the area for over 25 years.

Breakfast Club starts at 7.30 am and finishes at 8.45 am and DOES NOT need to be booked in advance. Children will enjoy a range of croissants, toast, crumpets, cereals, juices and yogurts and milk.

After School Club starts at 3.15 pm and finishes at 6.15 pm. A minimum of one day a week must be booked, regular long-term bookings are encouraged to guarantee spaces.  In the first instance, this booking should be for the same day each week. However, we do understand that some parents/carers work unusual hours or shift patterns and may require flexible booking. We are happy to review each case based on its needs and will do our best to accommodate these requirements so please contact us to discuss. All bookings need to be made by the end of Thursday of the preceding week.  Please note that while the After School Club needs to be booked in advance, we are also aware that unforeseen circumstances can arise. In case of a genuine emergency, we will always try to assist with cover. (We will need to have a completed registration form.)

Bookings should be made by text to 07594 439691 and will be confirmed - a place has not been booked and your child will not be able to attend unless you receive confirmation. 

There is also an earlier pick-up time option of strictly 4.15 pm, this should still be booked as above.

Children are greeted by staff after school and encouraged to help themselves to yoghurts, fruit, juice and water. At 4.30 pm a full meal is served with a selection of a full salad bar served alongside a pasta dish and accompanied by varying dishes including Spaghetti Bolognaise, Children’s self-built pitta pizza, fish fingers and wraps. The menu is carefully run alongside the school lunch menu to ensure the children get a varied, balanced diet.

During the running of both the Breakfast Club and After School Club children are encouraged to read, do puzzles, art and craft activities, and participate in preparing their dinners.
