At High Firs, we occasionally use photographs and videos to celebrate children's achievements, share school life with families, and promote the school within our community.



Please indicate how you would like us to use photographs and videos that may include your child.

I give permission for photographs/videos of my child to be taken and used for:


1) Internal displays*
2) Printed promotional materials*
3) Newsletter (published on school website)*
4) School website*
5) Closed contacts school Facebook group*
6) Press/media coverage*
7) School photographer*
8) Dietary/allergy identification*
In addition to above, can your child be identified by first name alongside an image?*

Important Information
• We will always use/store images responsibly and in accordance with data protection requirements.
• Consent remains in place unless withdrawn in writing.
• Parents and carers may withdraw consent for any category at any time by contacting the school.
